Château Dauzac is a fifth Grand Cru Classé of Margaux (1855). Located near the Gironde river (Garonne estuary), whose influence on the vineyard ecosystem is crucial, the area is protected from ocean winds by its privileged location near meadows and forests. This agronomic bubble and unique terroir have made it possible to develop a culture of precision, enhancing the exceptional characteristics of this Grand Cru Classé.
Resulting from vineyards located on a specific geological vein where the gravel is fine and sandy, the parcels dedicated to Aurore de Dauzac promote the expression of Cabernet Sauvignon and offers us a crunchy and intense fruity wine.
Aurore de Dauzac is a very rich and precise vintage, without excess, where we find a bright fruit and a dense and complex raw material. The important part of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend gives it an exceptional acidity-alcohol balance, the mark of a great vintage.
- Appearance: dark garnet with purple hues.
- Nose: the expression of the red fruit is delicate and precise.
- Palate: round and delicate attack, very good concentration and balance with notes of refined black fruits. Good length and fresh finish.
